Our Services

Casino Royale Rentals provides casino-style entertainment for private and corporate events, including casino tables, equipment, and professional dealers. We serve the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

All gaming provided at our events is for entertainment purposes only. We use chips and play-money; no real-money gambling takes place at any event we service.

Bookings & Quotes

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply and are not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed on the details in writing and any required deposit has been received.

You are responsible for providing accurate event information, including date, location, guest count, and venue access.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure your event runs smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide a suitable venue and adequate space, power, and access for our tables and staff.
• Obtain any permits or licences required for your event, including a liquor licence if alcohol will be served.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding charity gaming and fundraising — please contact us for details before promoting any fundraising amounts.
• Be responsible for advertising and promoting your own event.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your event so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Liability

Our staff and dealers will be on-site to operate the tables and monitor gameplay throughout your event. While we take care to deliver a safe and professional experience, Casino Royale Rentals is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any event will not exceed the amount you paid for that event.
