Information We Collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to your enquiry and provide our casino event rental services. Most of it is information you give us directly when you fill out our quote request form, email us, or call us.

• Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Event details such as your preferred location (Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, or Other) and the message you send us.
• Your IP address, which our server records briefly when you submit the form so that we can limit automated abuse of it. This record is held in memory for roughly ten minutes and is not stored alongside your enquiry.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through website analytics.

How a Quote Request Is Handled

When you submit the quote request form, it is sent to our own server, which checks the submission is complete and is not automated. Your enquiry is then delivered by email to the regional team for the location you selected — Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland. If you select “Other”, it goes to both teams, because we cannot tell in advance which one should help you.

Email delivery is performed on our behalf by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. Your enquiry passes through their systems in order to reach our inboxes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests and enquiries, to plan and deliver your event, to send you relevant follow-up communications about your enquiry, and to improve our website and services.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with members of our team who need it to respond to and service your event, and with the service providers who help us operate this website. Those providers are Vercel, which hosts the site and provides our website analytics, and FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inboxes. They are only permitted to use your information to perform those services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Enquiries sent to us by email remain in our inboxes until they are no longer needed. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information — the site is served over HTTPS and submissions are validated on our server before being sent on — though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, contact the regional team below and we will action it.
